Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about your specific item, please reach out.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
